How we handle copyright concerns

Our Commitment

WhereIsTheGoogleCar respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We take copyright concerns seriously and respond promptly to valid notices.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

To file a DMCA takedown notice, send an email to hello@ktz.sh with all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: describe the work you believe has been infringed, or provide a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  2. URL of the infringing material: provide the specific URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  3. Your contact information: your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good-faith statement: a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement: a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

We will review your notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was wrongly removed in response to a DMCA notice, you may send a counter-notification to hello@ktz.sh including:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district.
  4. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the restoration.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our own policies, we will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
